Full Stack App Developer Vacancy!
You want to be the new code Tracky?! Well, it’s your day because we are seeking an additional Full Stack App Developer! In this role, you will join Gijsbert to work on a platform where athletes can share and analyze their sports activities.
You will build Tracka functionality within a informal environment of only three team members. Don’t expect some manager to tell you what tot do, at Tracka you need to think and act yourself to achieve the team goals of the moment. We own Tracka ourselfs, so don’t worry about investor pressure or Tracka will be sold. Tracka is build on principles and only quality code is used. We host user data on our private infrastructure in the Netherlands, focusing on honest data usage, strict privacy and cool usability for fanatic sport weirdo’s. :D
We understand that no one meets 100% of the criteria. These listed requirements are simply a baseline to guide you on what we are looking for. Feel encouraged to reach out if you believe you can contribute to our team.
Active involvement in an endurance sports. You train at least three times a week, and once in a while you participate in events. We like to see your Tracka or Strava history of the past year :)
At least two years of work experience as a programmer. You will be working in a small team, so the ability to work independently is required.
Proven experience with TypeScript, React Native, PHP, and Laravel. Some knowledge with Golang would be nice but not mandatory. If you have public project(s) which you have created or maintain, feel free to share those with us.
We’re based in the Netherlands with our office in Zwolle. A presence in the Netherlands would thus be nice for in person meetings and the occasional sport events. However if you’re a really cool person, you may also live on the other side of the moon :).
Initially, we offer a one-year contract with potential for extension. Salary and other terms will be discussed.
